Pyrus Electronics 16 GB MP3/MP4 Player After reading the reviews on this product my son decided to try it out as the price seemed reasonable. However the software did not work and the instructions were in broken English. Amazon.com made returning the product easy and our credit card was refunded soon after.

PE Mp4 Bought this product a year ago for teenage daughter. She is not happy with it! Same issues as other reviewers. Cheap materials & no alphabetical order to songs.
Not Good I bought this for my son for Christmas. Received and found it to be well packed and looked nice. Tried it out it was slow to respond and sometimes just unresponsive. When it did work it was difficult and frustrating. Based on the seller's recommendations I recalibrated the screen. It did not change anything. Sent it back and bought a different product.
Poor quality The buttons were crooked indicating poor quality control. The instructions were vague and in very tiny print. And I could barely get the touch screen to respond.I returned it for a refund and ordered something else for a Christmas present. I'm glad I checked it out before giving it as a gift.Think twice before you buy this item.
You get what u pay 4. This is the 4th time I've bought this product and as all things do it has it's pros & cons. The 1st one I bought I'll admit I broke myself. Buy a case. It seems to fit ok into any iphone or itouch leather case which I've been able to find online for $6$10. It's worth it. I cracked the screen on my first one when I put it in the bag with a 12pk o' beer. It's now a 16gb storage unit. The 2nd one I bought I used more ruggedly cause I had a case & ran into 2 more problems. 1st the headphone jack. I somewhat damaged it by too much yanking on the wire while it was in my pocket. I thought it was just the headphones at first. The 2nd problem I ran into and my major concern is the power switch. One way powers on/off the other way is the hold function which renders all touch screen & other buttons off. Unfortunately this switch is a spring activation switch which has to be held for at least 10 to 20 seconds before the unit comes on. And if that wasn't bad enough my switch broke. Now my player can only be turned on by connecting it to my computer and can only be turned off by setting the auto shutoff. Also the touchscreen functions seem to have very slow reactions. HOWEVER!!! for the price it plays all music files & most simple video formats avi. divx. xvid. mp4. mp5 pretty well. If you're a torrent downloader you'll like this product for the price. If you like or have mac devices itunes iphone or itouch. Don't bother.
Awful I just got this a couple of hours ago and I can easily say I regretted it as soon as I opened it up. Looks cheap feels cheap and works like it's cheap.The touchscreen is a joke. Inaccurate and you have to punch it just to get it to do anything.Loads of other issues but I can't be bothered to waste anymore time on this product.
BEWARE!!! Had this for a month and took good care of it and the screen just gave out for no reason.
you get what you pay for= garbage I wish it was illegal to makeselland distribute inadequate items. When I received this the buttons where loose and lopsided. The touch screen doesnt respond to touch and it was not compatable with rhapsody couldnt even get it to upload any songs I own. I actually just mailed it back for a full return today I will never buy from this seller again.
